Carmela Sinco

Carmela Sinco enjoys a career as a pianist/keyboardist and composer in the New York City area. A pianist, her performance repertoire includes art songs, opera, music theatre, cabaret, pop and rock standards, classical solo and choral works.

In her work in opera, music theatre, dance and cabaret, her credits include: Music Arranger/Keyboardist/Band Leader for the off Broadway musical production of Honestly Abe (La Muse Venale Productions; The Mint Theater), Pianist for the New Jersey City University Chorale Pianist for the off-Broadway musical Piaf: Love Conquers All Piccolo Spoleto Festival Theater Series, Charleston, South Carolina, 2008; Teaneck Festival of Arts, Teaneck, New Jersey, 2008; Francisco Santiago Hall, Manila, Philippines, 2008 among others.

Ms. Sinco has a Master of Arts in Music Theory and Composition from New York University and a Bachellor of Arts in Piano Performance from the University of Hawaii as well as years of private studies with composers and pianists (solo and collaborative) in New York City, Hawaii and Europe.
