TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the Bayimba Membership Programme. The Bayimba Membership Programme is a loyalty programme brought to you by Bayimba Cultural Foundation.
Membership Fees, Classes and Benefits
The annual Membership fee is currently (500,000, 200,000, 50,000) UGX and Platinum, Gold, Silver respectively, which can be paid in cash or through our account (in USD or Euros).

Benefits can only be enjoyed when the Membership fee has been paid.
Membership fees may be changed at any time. Changes will apply only to new and renewal Memberships.

- 10% off other Bayimba events
Bayimba Cultural Foundation may terminate or alter any of the benefits available at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
Term of Membership
A Membership is a one-year period commencing on the Effective Start Date and ending one year thereafter. The Effective Start Date shall be the date the Membership fee is successfully collected. Membership renewals shall be only effective upon payment of subsequent Membership fees.
Membership is complimentary and may be terminated by a Member at any time. Paid Membership fees are non-refundable.
Bayimba Cultural Foundation may terminate Membership at any time, without notice, for any reason at its sole discretion, including the belief that use of the Bayimba Membership Programme would violate any of the Terms and Conditions, applicable law or otherwise be harmful to its interests. Paid Membership fees are non-refundable.
Personal and Individual
Membership is personal and for individual use only. Membership is non-transferable and Members may therefore not sell, transfer, auction of otherwise distribute their Membership.
Members are expected to submit and maintain accurate and current user information. Members can update their information by contacting and informing Bayimba Cultural Foundation (email@example.com). Bayimba Cultural Foundation cannot assume any liability for correspondence, mail or email that is lost, delayed or misdirected.
Limitation of liability
The use of the Bayimba Membership Programme and any of the associated benefits is at the sole risk of a Member. Membership benefits are provided as an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Bayimba Cultural Foundation and all of its directors and officers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Bayimba Cultural Foundation and all of its directors and officers make no warranty that the Bayimba Membership Programme will (i) meet your requirements, (ii) will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free or (iii) the quality of any products, services, information or other material will meet your expectations.
Bayimba Cultural Foundation and all of its directors and officers shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damage resulting from the use of the Bayimba Membership Programme or any benefits thereof.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Bayimba Cultural Foundation and any user of the Bayimba Membership Programme and supersede any other agreements, statements or representations. Any user of the Bayimba Membership Programme is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time, without notice or liability, at the discretion of Bayimba Cultural Foundation by posting revisions on the Bayimba Membership website. Any change shall take effect immediately, unless otherwise provided.
