New: Call for Volunteer Team Members

Since 2008, Bayimba Cultural Foundation organized a wide range of activities aimed at bringing about important changes to the state of arts and culture in Uganda and East Africa. Preparations for 2010, which will culminate in the 3^rd Bayimba International Festival of Music and Arts on 17-19 September 2010, are in full swing.

For a successful implementation of the 2010 activities, Bayimba Cultural Foundation seeks to strengthen its team with additional voluntary members. So, if you are interested in arts and culture, contributing to change in our society through arts and culture and in working with a motivated and energetic team, we welcome you to join us with your enthusiasm and experience. The following positions are currently available:

Bayimba Cultural Foundation provides a moderate facilitation to its team members. It should be noted that it is a non-profit organization that has been run by an enthusiastic team, committed to the objectives of the organization and to change! This is what we consider “Our Contribution to Society”.

If you are interested in becoming part of our 2010 team, we invite you to express your interest by submitting your short personal profile and motivation (by email: info [at] bayimba [dot] org) and indicating the position you are interested in. We particularly encourage female candidates to join us, to balance gender in our team. For more information about the positions, reference is made to the respective job descriptions.
