ARE YOU A GAME-CHANGER?
The Bayimba Foundation, in a strategic partnership with TULIP Peer2Peer Learning UK, is proud to announce the launch of The Game-Changer: Arts Management Training. We are seeking 20 visionary young Ugandan women to form our foundational first cohort. This prestigious, fully-funded scholarship programme is intentionally designed to bridge the gap between raw artistic passion and professional sector leadership by blending local industry insights with world-class creative expertise. If you are a woman looking to spearhead the next generation of African festivals, contemporary galleries, independent music labels, or community-centric arts organizations, this transformative opportunity has been built specifically for you.
To cultivate a highly focused and impactful learning environment, this call is open to young Ugandan women aged between 18 and 30 who possess an undeniable passion for arts, culture, and creative expression. Applicants should demonstrate a profound interest in arts management, leadership, and creative entrepreneurship. We welcome applications from women who are currently active in the creative industry as well as those who hold fierce professional aspirations to enter it—whether as artists, independent event organizers, or cultural administrators. Because this is an intensive, rigorous online experience, a firm commitment to participate fully in every component of the schedule is required.
